- ANSI ESD S20.20
- IPC-A-610/620
- IPC 7711/7721
- ISO 9001:2015
- ISO 14001
- RoHS and REACH
- J-STD-001
- Manufacturing Support of UL, Intertek, TUV and CSA Inspections
In addition to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001, Spartronics facilities publish compliance support aligned with UL 508A industrial control panel requirements and third-party inspection frameworks including UL, TÜV, Intertek, and CSA. Environmental compliance programs include RoHS and REACH materials governance support.
APPLICATIONS OVERVIEW
At Spartronics, critical industrial applications where failure is not an option are built to the highest standards for quality and durability to sustain hazardous and severe environments. We serve factories, hospitals and other industries where the safety of many depends on the performance and reliability our products.
INDUSTRIAL RISK & REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT
Industrial OEMs operate within increasing regulatory and supply chain pressures. UL 508A governs industrial control panel construction requirements, while IEC 60068 and MIL-STD-810 define environmental stress testing methodologies for durability validation. The U.S. Department of Commerce reported semiconductor inventory levels declined from approximately 40 days in 2019 to less than 5 days in 2021, highlighting supply volatility risk. Industry data has indicated that a six-month product launch delay may reduce lifetime profits by roughly one-third.

PRODUCT & SERVICES DETAIL
We support customers at every stage in the product lifecycle, providing a transparent partnership while focusing on optimal product quality. Our advanced capabilities support the manufacturing of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), sub-assemblies, and complete box builds. These assemblies often also require specialized conformal coating, inspection and test coverage – to precision secondary operations that meet the highest quality, regulatory, and industry requirements.
Spartronics facilities publish capabilities supporting high-mix, low-volume complex assemblies, including in-circuit testing, flying probe testing, functional test development, fully functional wet testing and calibration, and environmental stress screening methods such as HALT, HASS, ESS, and vibration testing.
Lifecycle services include refurbishment, repair, spare parts support, sustaining engineering, and obsolescence management supporting extended product lifecycles in regulated and high-cost-of-failure industrial systems.
SUSTAINABILITY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Spartronics lists ISO 14001 environmental management certification and has referenced sustainability initiatives including a solar rooftop installation at its Vietnam facility.
