We offer advanced capabilities that span the full product lifecycle, from manufacturing of circuit card assemblies (CCA) and sub-assemblies to system integration. These complicated assemblies often require conformal coating, inspection and test coverage, and precision secondary operations. Our rigorous production system, extensive capabilities, lean manufacturing and robust supply-chain management help ensure success in military and defense applications.
In addition to PCB assembly and system integration, Spartronics provides lifecycle sustainment services including refurbishment, repair, spare parts support, sustaining engineering, and obsolescence management aligned with DoD DMSMS risk mitigation guidance.
A commitment to NIST SP 800-171 alignment is a core part of Spartronics’ defense certifications framework. We are actively maturing our cybersecurity posture to support the safeguarding of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) consistent with DoD cybersecurity requirements under 32 CFR Part 170 (CMMC Program).”
