Jim Warren

Jim joined the Spartronics executive leadership team in 2024. In his role as vice president of customer management, he leads the Spartronics program management teams and oversees the company’s customer management function, including long-term strategy, day-to-day operations and the centralized quoting organization.

With more than 25 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry, Jim brings a wealth of expertise from his time at Jabil, where he most recently served as a business unit director. Previously, he worked as the organization’s director of supply chain development.

Jim is passionate about building relationships with both internal and external customers, working closely with teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. He is based at the Spartronics Brooksville facility, where he will continue to play a pivotal role in ensuring success across the organization.

Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from University of Florida.
