Kyle Belnap

Kyle joined Spartronics in November 2023 as the vice president of program management. In 2024, he accepted the role of vice president of U.S. operations — West. In his role, Kyle is responsible for directing the teams, systems and processes across the western Spartronics sites, driving KPIs and forward-thinking strategic initiatives. With a passion for customer service excellence, Kyle works with highly effective internal groups to deliver results to customers. He is a servant leader who is excited to support the success and growth of each site within Spartronics.

Kyle has more than 15 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing services industry, with a strong collective background in engineering, operations, continuous improvement and program management. Most recently, he served as the vice president and general manager at the Albuquerque, N.M., site for Creation Technologies.

Kyle earned a bachelor’s degree in production and operations management from Boise State. He also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
