Jon Svatek, Spartronics Global Account Manager

Jon joined Spartronics in mid-2022 Director of Global Accounts for Spartronics. His responsibilities at Spartronics are part of the Program Management team. He is also a key part of the corporate team that focuses on transfer of work opportunities for Spartronics. Prior to joining Spartronics, Jon worked for Sanmina Corporation (Tier-1) for many years, where was a Global Account Director. He led a team responsible for all aspects of a top industrial customer account. He also served in various roles that focused on material strategies and inventory reduction programs. Jon also worked for other EMS providers (Tier-3) in his career.

 

Bob Belanger | Vice President of North American Operations

Bob joined Spartronics in mid-2022 to lead the global operations for Spartronics. In January of 2023, Bob was named Vice President of North American Operations. His responsibilities at Spartronics include engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and facilities activities across all North America (includes MX) locations. Prior to joining Spartronics, Bob worked for Carrier Corporation, where he led some of their largest global business transformation projects, such as transfers of work, factory expansions and shutdowns, new product introductions, and recently their response to global supply chain shortages. He also served in various operations roles in the Building & Industrial Systems business of United Technologies. Previously, he held various operations and engineering roles at General Electric and SPX. Bob earned a bachelor’s degree of science in operations from Southern New Hampshire University.
